Changes to immigration policy in Canada have sparked alarm among advocacy groups, particularly regarding their effects on young workers. With employers now more inclined to use the immigration system to recruit rather than train, the potential for skill development may be diminishing. This trend raises significant worries about the long-term implications for youth entering the job market. Critics argue that with such policies in place, the responsibility to equip the next generation with essential skills is being neglected, potentially leading to a workforce that lacks essential abilities. As discussions continue, the need for policy reevaluation is becoming increasingly critical to ensure the growth and stability of young workers. #Canada #ImmigrationPolicy #YoungWorkers #WorkforceDevelopment #Rabble
